Health & Safety Protocol
The safety and well-being of our guests and our team remain our highest priority. A rigorous and comprehensive cleaning programme, aligned with current sanitary guidelines, has been implemented to provide a safe and welcoming environment at every visit.
On arrival
Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time. Leave your jewellery and valuables in your room — serenity begins there.
Punctuality
Out of respect for our other guests, all treatments begin and end at their scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment duration.
During your treatment
Your therapist is here entirely for you. Please share your preferences freely: massage pressure, ambient temperature, music volume, allergies or medical contraindications. Your comfort is our one and only priority.
Cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged at 100% of the treatment price.
Minimum age
Individual treatments are reserved for guests aged 18 and over. Services for guests aged 15 and under are offered at the discretion of the spa and require the presence of a parent or guardian.
