During this epidemic period, the customer is required to respect and apply the health and safety measures put in place within the establishment. Wearing a mask and respecting distancing as well as temperature control are now mandatory.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
The allocation of rooms will be from 3:00 p.m. and the room will be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Late departures are on request and with supplement.
A magnetic card / room will be given. Parking is available and free to all registered customers. Please state any food allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation.
A NON-SMOKING RESORT
Smoking is not permitted, in the rooms and indoor facilities.
Safes are available in all rooms to secure your personal items (jewelry, watches, laptops, money, etc.). The establishment is and will not responsable for any loss.
Pet dogs and cats weighing up to 4 kg are allowed with prior confirmation from the hotel and are the sole responsibility of the owner. Their are not allowed in indoor premises and facilities. Any damage, caused voluntarily or involuntarily, will be charges to the the guest.
IDENTIFICATION & ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
A valid ID (ID card / passport) is required for check-in. The minimum age to check in at the hotel is 18 years old. The minor must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and are under their full responsibility.
Alcohol consumption is allowed when 18 or over. Outside purchase of Alcohol is not allowed in the Resort.
Payment for the stay can be made in Tunisian Dinars or any other currency. Payment for the stay, tourist tax will be made in full at the time of Check-in.
For Tunisian residents, personal checks are accepted after bank verification.
For our non-resident visitors, MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted with an ID. Upon check-in, the total amount of estimated charges plus an additional amount for incidental charges will be allowed. For credit card users, the authorization amount will appear as an immediate charge.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
The cancellation and no-show policies vary according to the price plan and / or the date of reservation. Please read and approve the cancellation and no-show conditions policy before finalizing the stay purchase.
In keeping with the standard of the establishment, casual dress code is required in our restaurants & bars. For breakfast, men’s swim shorts and women’s beach dresses are permitted. Formal dress code is recommended for dinner.

POOL & BEACH
For hygiene and safety, swimming in the swimming pools is only permitted with appropriate swimsuits (two-piece or one-piece for women, boxers or briefs for men). Any other outfit is prohibited.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Food and drink from outside is not allowed.
WHAT TO PACK IN YOUR SUITCASE
For maximum comfort, we suggest relaxed outfits during the day. Dinner is formal. A swimsuit is necessary for the thalasso & spa treatments. It is recommended that you bring the following items: sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, workout clothes, swimsuits, running and hiking shoes. Check the current weather conditions before your arrival to prepare your luggage accordingly. Staying hydrated will help you acclimatize to the magnificent environment of southern Tunisia.
The resort Policy is applicable to all our guests. By confirming a reservation, acceptance of the house rules will be made. In the event of non-compliance with the latter, the hotelier reserves the right to take the necessary measures without the customer having any recourse.
