In accordance with Law No. 1 – 2021 of October 22, 2021, proof of full vaccination or a health pass with QR Code for all our visitors over 18 is required at the entrance door to access the hotel. . After verification of the vaccination document, our guests can then proceed to check in.
In accordance with updated guidelines from the Tunisian Health Authorities, masks are required indoors and outdoors for our visitors who are fully vaccinated except when our guests are actively eating or drinking. Masks are available for our guests.
Guests who do not wish to comply with the policy can either remain in their room throughout their visit or they will be asked to leave the premises.

SANITARY PROTOCOL
Our health safety & hygiene department continues to work with health professionals and relevant local authorities to update the most effective practices available to ensure a safe stay for our guests upon arrival at the hotel. These measures will be adapted as and when the health situation evolves and the recommendations of the competent authorities.
AT YOUR ARRIVAL
The protocols put in place break down the new measures down to the smallest detail, covering for example the verification of the temperature of customers on arrival, the gradual implementation of a contactless recording, the installation of security screens. At reception desks, respect for safety distances and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) among employees.
MASK, SOCIAL DISTANCING, AND HYDROALCOHOLIC SOLUTION
For your safety, wearing a mask is compulsory in all areas of the establishment. The mask can be removed when tasting meals or consuming drinks. They are also mandatory in the pool areas, except when you are in the pool. Our guests are encouraged to practice physical distancing by maintaining a distance of at least 1.5 m. The common areas, lounges, restaurants, bars are arranged to ensure an appropriate distance. Disinfectant dispensers will be placed at key entrances and contact areas.
RESORT FACILITIES
The frequency of cleaning and disinfection has been increased in all public spaces. High-traffic areas will be clearly marked to indicate the physical distance to be respected. In restaurants and bars The capacity of restaurants and bars will be reduced to respect the minimum distance required. The catering service will be adapted to the new service protocol. At the pool & beach The sun loungers and parasols at the pool and the beach will be configured to ensure a distance of at least 2 meters between our guests and the frequency of cleaning the pool will be increased.
ROOMS & SUITES
State-of-the-art cleaning and disinfection protocols are used to clean the chambers. All non-essential items will be removed. Bedding and linen for our guests will be changed on request and washed at high temperature and in accordance with the protocol in force. The frequency of cleaning and replacing the air filter and cleaning the HVAC system in all rooms has been increased and the exchange of fresh air will be maximized.
ENTERTAINMENT, ACTIVITIES AND WELL-BEING
