The safety and well-being of our customers and employees continue to be of the utmost importance to all of us at Djerba Plaza Thalasso & SPA. We have developed a comprehensive cleaning program to ensure that we provide a safe and welcoming experience, based on sanitary guidelines.

AT THE ARRIVAL

Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time. Please leave your jewelry and valuables in your room.

MOMENTS OF SILENCE

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please turn off your cell phone and keep conversations low.

PUNCTUALITY

As a courtesy to the next guest, all treatments are completed on time. If you arrive late for your service, your treatment will be changed to accommodate the time remaining.

DURING YOUR VISIT

To get the most out of your treatments, please contact your therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment is important, so be sure to mention if you have any allergies or health concerns, concerns about the pressure or depth of the massage, the ambient temperature, the volume of the music or anything else.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW

To cancel free of charge, please call 24 hours before the scheduled date of your appointment. Same day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price.

MINIMUM AGE

Guests must be at least 18 years old to receive private treatment. Services for those 15 and under are provided at the discretion of the spa and a parent or guardian must be present.
